Tom Kirkendallhas a magnificent post about the new task force assembled to investigate whether crimes were committed when the subprime-mortgage market collapsed.
Just so happens, Benton J. Campbell is in charge of the TF. Campbell was involved in the first Enron Broadband trial, which John Kroger in Oregon is now attempting to take credit for, even though it resulted in embarrassing losses for the Task Force.
It’s a great, in-depth article (check the links, this stuff is gold) so check it out.
