Collins-Bloomer Email

This is a typical email from Bill Collins. He wants to “have fun” and has figured out a way of making $100 million dollars. That’s just awesome.

Frankly he’s not even living in reality.

Collins testified to the effect that he left Enron because he knew the BOS was not real and the public would find out. So he sold his stock before the Analyst Conference in Jan 2000 and he did it with insider knowledge according to his testimony. That is why he left Enron.

This email seems to conflict with that statement. He left because he thought he had a better deal somewhere else in Jan of 2000 before the April of 2000 Tech Stock crash. So, he left to make more money. Later he sent an email to Rice saying he wanted 14 million for the options he left on the table that Yeager got him and said Yeager stole all his ideas including the BOS.

Seems he is not a truthful person and he is two faced and he has no problem saying whatever he needs to say to anyone to get what he wants. Sounds like the perfect Gov witness.

Did you not publish this email from Collins to Rice or did I just read it in the public record of the trial?

I’ve published it here on the blog somewhere. I need to go into more depth with both Bloomer and Collins. You say they are two faced – and they are! – and I’d like to expound on that a little more so that people know exactly the type of witnesses the ETF was using to try and convict the Broadband Three.
