Agree with you about Bethany. I have emailed her to correspond about the book and she has not answered. I read all of the books that have been published. They are all the same: believe everybody was crooks and what they did at Enron only happens at Enron.

Of course she will not answer. She does not want to defend it, she just wants to proselytize to the already-faithful.
It’s an indefensible book, vis a vis facts. But that’s never stopped her before.
